Every tool is priced at the rate above. Two of them also charge a fee each time they are used, shown with the tool.

Bookings and reminders
Calendar & bookings
Appointments and the times each clinician can be booked, an online booking page to share as a link or put on your website, and automatic WhatsApp confirmations and reminders.

Notes, lab results and charts
Rating scales & online forms
Validated questionnaires, the practice's own forms, and blood pressure and weight readings, filled in on the patient's phone from WhatsApp. Scores and readings are tracked over time on the patient chart, and any of them can repeat on a schedule.
Clinical Notes
Consultation notes for each patient, written by hand or drafted by Heidi, the AI scribe, from a recorded consultation. Notes for your first 5 patients are free.
Lab requests & results
Send branded lab request forms and read incoming pathology results on the patient chart.

Prescriptions, documents and messages
Messages
WhatsApp messages for patient communication, or media templates for patient education.

Invoices, claims and payments
Invoices & Receipts
Invoices from the practice price list and matching receipts, sent to the patient's WhatsApp, with account statements and a list of every open account.
Online payments
Patients pay an invoice from its Pay now button, and the money is paid into your bank account, less the card fee. Synapp charges 2% of each payment after your first 5, on your monthly statement.

Medical aid claims
Send a claim to the patient's medical aid from the invoice, and see in seconds what the scheme pays. Setting claims up is free. Synapp charges R10 for each claim a scheme processes, on your monthly statement.

Stock
Photograph a supplier invoice to book its products in, and billing a product on a patient takes it off. Count room by room on your phones, and print barcode labels for anything without one.
